This was a great place to stay. Room was clean had an ocean view and was right on a private beach. Location was great being in the mid cape area to drive to many different towns to explore or catch a ferry boat ride to Marthas Vinevard or Nantucket.

This was such a lovely place to stay. It has its historic charm but is well maintained. The private beach is lovely and it’s in a great area. Everybody we encountered on the property was so nice, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice little place! Clean, comfortable and a steps from the ocean. Breakfast was good but a little pricey at $19/person for a waffle and 2 pieces of bacon. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Just left. Would absolutely stay again! We stayed in 203 and it was great. A/C was nice to have. We were gone during the day, but wine on the beach at night was great! Breakfast was tasty and was great eating by the beach with the morning breeze.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect and despite it being a holiday weekend the parking lot/BNB never felt crowded. Everyone we encountered was lovely and helpful, and the room was a perfect place to take a midday nap or unwind after hours on the beach! We would definitely stay again.

I took my daughter here for her 16th bday. We had such a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, right on the beach, staff super helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 307 and had a view of the ocean. It was the perfect weekend. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Things we loved: clean room, pretty beach, easily accessible, very comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast (with a lovely breakfast room). Unfortunately, there was a wedding our second night there, which meant we didn’t have access to the beach or accessible parking (we used beach parking one lot over), and the music was incredibly loud until about 2200. I think the B and B should probably have been closed to non-wedding guests considering the noise. All in all, beautiful place and an overall good experience.

The staff here was so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing all 3 days and the beach was very quiet and great waterfront. The section we stayed has not been updated like some of the other units but was fine and comfortable. The general location was good and easily walkable to food and drink places. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay here again for sure.
