"We stayed here for appointments at the consulate. It’s very close to the consulate and the hotel is close to many food options. Specific staff need training in customer service, but as a whole, the staff was pleasant. Relatively close with to the airport. Breakfast was good, not great. "My stay at this hotel was great. It is one of the closest hotels to the consulate and a five minute walk to CMI. The hotel has helpful and friendly staff. The facility is very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. My visit to the consulate was longer then expected and the front desk made it really easy to continue my stay and pay day by day for as long as I needed. There's also a pool and a small video game room. I traveled with my wife and kid and always felt safe. Highly recommend this hotel....

"The room was amazing for the price I paid compared to other stops on this trip. Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t operating and had leftovers in it, although I had to go a quick room change due to my original room having a broken blind, and felt this was a small coincidental inconvenience. The pool was not open due to chemical imbalances which was a real bust as I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known. However, if it was working it would have been a treat. The free breakfast was amazing...
