Perfect place to stay if you have appointments at the consulate. Clean and comfortable beds. Only negative to mention is that several of the rooms do not have windows. The sister hotel, also called the Mesaluna, has a pool that you have access to. Both are great properties and BOTH easily walkable to the consulate.

Perfect location for consular appointments. It’s on the higher price end but if you can afford it I highly recommend it. All staff is very cordial. Breakfast is included and they do their best to have variety. Hotel offers a tour of Juarez as well for a small fee. We enjoyed it. It was a good way to pass the time and distract ourselves. They have a small terrance. They offer transportation to local stores and airport. They also offer availability to help you make copies of documents or printouts. There is a mall close by to pass the time and restaurants. Consulate is right next door. The medical clinics are across the street as well. And finger print is about a block away. All within walking distance. AC in rooms. There is laundry on site for a small fee. They have a gym and a video game room for kiddos. Hotel has their own little restaurant as well open to all. Over all a good place to stay that allows you feel comfortable and safe.
