"Nice enough place. Really more of a spot for Chilenos than for US travelers. Instant coffee at a pretty Spartan breakfast. Staff is quite nice. View room but dirty windows. Comfortable beds linens. No toilet paper in the toilets so the used toilet paper goes in the bathroom garbage can. Not crazy about that. "

"When I got into my room, I realized that the safe didn't work; I called the reception desk, and they sent somebody to fix it. That night at the hotel's restaurant, they refuse to charge the bill to my room even if I had deposited my credit card. Next morning I found that the shower didn't have hot water and the safe didn't work again. That night I asked for a wake-up call at 07:00 am and a taxi at 09:00 am.     "The hotel is great, rooms are huge with fantastic view. Expedia mentions “Bag service”, but the receptionist mentioned that they do not have this service. Bathrooms are clean and huge. The view is beautiful + the room has a balcony. The so is really good, the restaurant was good (they made a few errors with our bill, so we had to make several corrections - so check your bill). Area around is crowded and seemed unsafe to walk around, but hotel certainly felt safe and comfortable. "
