A very nice stay, made even better by the excellent front desk staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Josseline was particularly gracious and assisted with my bus travel questions and other items. This made check-out a breeze and my stay in Antofagasta a smooth process.

Nice hotel but outdated. No coffee maker in the room, had limited mini bar, no glasses available in the room (had to call room service for glasses). Gym was closed for renovations but that was not shown upon making the reservation. I was recommended a nearby gym by the staff but ended up being a waste of time. They had no daily passes, only monthly or yearly. They were rude and not willing to help (Sportlife Angamos) The hotel should have had an alternative for us, free of charge, for us to w/o. Very disappointing.

O hotel é bonito, tem quartos e cama excelentes mas a experiência no geral foi horrível. Nao recomendaria a ninguém. Logo ao chegar a recepcionista falava rápido demais e não me explicou absolutamente nada sobre o hotel, fui logo pra piscina e fui informado q precisava usar uma toca de banho que custava 4000 pesos, tudo bem regra do local, mas tbm era regra q não podia comer e beber na piscina e havia muito lixo na piscina, garrafas plásticas de refrigerante boiavam na água, laranja de resto de drinks jogados no chão canudos, balas infantis. Pra fechar ninguém se dispôs a ajudar carregar as malas até a porta do hotel, peguei um carrinho e levei eu mesmo e ainda fui cobrado pelo segurança q tinha q levar de volta pra dentro do hotel. Ja fiquei em espeluncas que foram mais cordiais no atendimento, lugares q não ofereciam ajuda pra carregar a mala como parte do serviço e mesmo assim fui ajudado. Esperava muito mais do hotel. Chamei o gerente e me disseram q não estava no local. Tem tudo pra ser um ótimo hotel mas não é por enquanto.

Fin de semana en Hotel Enjoy Antofagasta

En general la experiencia fue muy buena, buenos servicios, ideales para el descanso. Solamente un punto por mejorar, en la zona de SPA fui dos veces y en ambas ocasiones no tenían toallas, lo que es inconcebible en un hotel de esas características, había que regresar mojado a la habitación. En cuanto a bar y restaurante, muy bien, La Barquera tiene un buen desayuno y buenas opciones a la carta.

No es lo mejor para lo que dicen.

El hotel se considera uno de los mejores de Antofagasta, en realidad las habitaciones son sencillas y se notan poco mantenidas. La mesa para trabajar si deseas es MUY incomoda, y si tienses la suerte de que te toque una habitación frente al escenario, dormiras poco antes de las 12 de la noche por el ruido. Si destacable los restaurantes. En el gimnasio las maquinas para trotar de 3 solo 1 funcionaba.

En general una buena estadía, lástima que el Spa no esté disponible deberían tener un plan para hacerlo funcionar en esta contingencia. El desayuno deja que desear, debiesen mejorar la calidad del pan (no usar pan de bolsa) ya que lo mencionan como "selección", también utilizan jugo envasado cuando pudiese ser jugo natural. Escogí tambien este hotel porque tenía tina, pero no tenía tapón.

Pésima comida. Pésimo desayuno y pésima atención en restaurant. El spa venden cortitos para la piscina y h as y qué pagarlo en el momento: otra empresa está a cargo. No funciona el resto del spa. Al desayuno café en vasos de cartón. Cerraron 2 restaurantes que habían. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. No es categoría 5 estrellas
