It is a nice older hotel. Clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The lounge and restaurant staff doesn’t care if they wait on you or not. I suggest eating and drinking elsewhere.

Cuando llegué me asignaron la habitación 512 que tenía la chapa de la puerta hacia el balcon rota, por lo que esta no cerraba. Me cambiaron de habitación a la 412 y en esta habitación no servía el pasador de la puerta principal por lo que no se podía asegurar. Con excepción del señor Ricardo, el resto del personal de meseros del restaurante francamente son toscos, groseros y se limitan a estar de pie junto al computador murmurando entre ellos en vez de estar atendiendo y al pendiente de las necesidades de los comensales. Estuve 5 días en el hotel y solo 1 día me prepararon "1 huevo frito" como lo solicité (bien cocido), el resto de días me los llevaron de mala gana y para mi gusto crudos. El desayuno tiene muchas y variadas opciones de panaderia dulce y solo pan de molde (sin dulce), no hay alimentos de sal como tocino, salchichas, etc El queso y los jamones que ponen en la barra se ven secos por el refrigerador. Lls jugos son extremadamente dulces y al parecer de caja. Retiran el desayuno sin avisar que va finalizar e inmediatamente de mala gana te piden que te retires del restaurante porque deben alistar el almuerzo. En terminos generales el desayuno es malo pero es aún más malo el servicio del personal! A mi salida en la recepción facturaron mal y no me pudieron dar el recibo. Todas las mañanas desde las 7am aprox empiezan a martillar y a tirar las puertas de las habitaciones, las mucamas se gritan por el pasillo o ponen musica....en general es dificil descansar.

Excesivo ruido durante la noche, imposible dormir. Si se quedan aqui, pidan un piso alto y vista al mar. Posiblemente baje la cantidad de ruido externo asi. La propiedad vieja, la señal del televisor malisima si uno quería ver algo.
