"Great place to stay if it's your first time in Merida, I have been coming to this hotel for years and I'm happy to say they still have some of the kindest staff in Merida. The shopping mall below is a great place for local finds too! Their coffee shop is excelent and a very welcome spot for meetings."

"The hotel itself is nice but and the rooms are clean but they need upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. What was really disappointing what the quality of the food. We had dinner at the hotel arrived, and the food was terrible and the prices were outrageous. Not recommended at all the service at the restaurant was also not great considering there was nobody in the restaurant, my son had to go over to get their attention to have a water refill. For the price of the room, you can definitely get a nicer place in Merida with a delicious breakfast included in the price."
