"Overall the stay was okay. The hotel has nice views and was very relaxing. Not much for activites or nightlife. They overcharge on the excursions and the souvenirs and the a la carte was always fully booked so I didn't get a chance to eat there, only at the buffet but the buffet food was good. The check in process was slow and people will cut in front of you even though you were there first waiting. You definitely have to lock up your stuff in the safe because I had a coach purse that was stolen from my suitcase and I had a chocolate bar that someone took a bite from. That was a little upsetting."

"We had such an amazing stay here in Costa Rica. The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and we loved spending time outdoors enjoying the pool, scenery and sunsets.Our host was absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire trip. Before we even arrived, they gave us tons of helpful advice and recommendations that made planning so much easier. During our stay, they also helped us book excursions and activities, which made the experience even more special and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible vacation.We made so many amazing memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Costa Rica!"

"The food was amazing and the staff was exceptional. We were there during the down season so the pool wasn’t really clean and the hot tub and pool bar were not functioning; however, the staff was so helpful and polite and treated us like royalty. Daniella set us up with every excursion and Jesus drove us to the nearby beaches. Other than the facilities needing a little updating, the place was amazing and we would definitely go back! Just keep in mind you are in a very quiet part of the coast, so if you want more action you might not want to be in this area. But it was perfect for us! "

"Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location is amazing, the villa itself would benefit from updating and maintenance. We appreciated the constant shuttle service to the beach, villas, and pools. The pools are nice, though a bit small, and more shaded areas would be better. The properly overall is kept pretty clean. In hindsight, I would probably stay somewhere with nicer villa interiors, even if it costs a bit more."
