"We had such an amazing stay here in Costa Rica. The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and we loved spending time outdoors enjoying the pool, scenery and sunsets.Our host was absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire trip. Before we even arrived, they gave us tons of helpful advice and recommendations that made planning so much easier. During our stay, they also helped us book excursions and activities, which made the experience even more special and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible vacation.We made so many amazing memories here and would absolutely stay again. "They served the same food 3 days in a row! Breakfast, lunch and dinner… The ac didn’t work in the room for the first 2 nights. I had to get moved to another room When I booked it said night clubs , seafood nights we never had any of it! The swim up bar closed every day at 6pm This was not an all inclusive hotel!!!! "

"The food was amazing and the staff was exceptional. We were there during the down season so the pool wasn’t really clean and the hot tub and pool bar were not functioning; however, the staff was so helpful and polite and treated us like royalty. Daniella set us up with every excursion and Jesus drove us to the nearby beaches. Other than the facilities needing a little updating, the place was amazing and we would definitely go back! Just keep in mind you are in a very quiet part of the coast, so if you want more action you might not want to be in this area. But it was perfect for us! "

The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time."
