"Excellent customer focused staff and very clean room and communal areas. Partial sea view from room. No on site parking so finding a nearby car parking space is problematic in high season. Nevertheless the less highly recommended small hotel."

"We have just returned home from 10 days in this fabulous villa. 6 adults and 2 children. Absolutely loved it! Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts from arranging transfers from the airport to all the toddler equipment we needed for our little grandson. The pool was fantastic as was the outside kitchen with bbq , plenty of sunny spots and shaded areas. 10/10 We all loved it "

"Our stay was fantastic.Raul was on hand if needed and responded quickly to a couple of issues, as the terrace door wouldn't close when we checked in and then got jammed shut a couple of days later and a technician attended and sorted both times. The fridge leaked and the ice machine doesnt work but the large freezer has enough space to store lots of bags of ice.The villa was clean and the air conditioning was a welcome feature and quiet too.The pool was regularly cleaned and is a great asset as it's a good size and has a childrens depth area.The location is good for access to the beach and shops on foot but taxis also readily available in the local area.We would highly recommend!"

"5 STAR!! From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness and obvious care taken of the property filled us with confidence. The pictures truly do not do the villa justice. It is immaculate, perfect living space and pool area which captures near full day sun. The house has so many extra comforts like tea/coffee area and a fridge in the master bedroom for added ease of use of the upstairs seating area. There is a fitness room for those who wish to keep up activity routines which was great. We were a family of four with 2 grown up children and this villa had it all including alarm system for when leaving at night. The area was nice and safe and relaxing and calm. A 10-12 minute walk to the beach where there are amble restaurants and bar areas to taken in the beautiful views and just relax.On top of all this Marie and Franck made us so welcome from the first minute, greeting us personally and giving us a full run down of the villa and all the need logistics for amenities nearby, shops, personally recommended restaurants etc…in addition Marie even text us during our stay to inform us of some festivities that would be going on to be able to attend.A truly enjoyable family vacation made all the more possible by a superb villa and the lovely hospitality of Marie and Franck. THANK YOU!!"

Charming 3-Bed Villa with Private Pool in San Pedro del Pinatar

"Das Haus war einfach genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Einfach toll. Die Ausstattung in der Küche vollständig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm warm. Die Klimaanlage top und auch wirklich notwendig im Sommer. Die Räume gut ausgestattet, so dass man seine Klamotten auch in den Schrank hängen und legen kann. Genügend Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Die Duschen alle barrierefrei. Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Wir erhielten einen Ansprechpartner mit dem wir während der Fahrt auf Englisch in Kontakt standen, so konnte er gut einschätzen, wann wir ankommen. Die Parkplätze auf der Strasse waren immer reichlich vorhanden. Am Kopfende der Strasse befindet sich ein Polizeiamt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Etwas abseits. Ein Auto um an den Strand zu kommen in meinen Augen ein muss. Dafür gibt es tolle Strände mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen in der näheren Umgebung. Aktuell werden gerade die Nachbarhäuser gebaut, weshalb gerade unter der Woche morgens ab ca. 8 Uhr baulärm ist. Es stehen auch noch 2 Kräne. Uns hat das zwar nicht gestört. Aber wir zählen auch eher zu den Frühaufsteher. Der Baulärm ist jedoch nur Temporär und die Häuser stehen auch schon weitestgehend. Fazit: Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können das Haus nur empfehlen !!!"
