"Fantastic from start to finish. Communication with Marie was great, we were even able to get into the villa a little bit earlier. The villa was spotlessly clean and had some brilliant little touches such as dishwasher tablets, washing pods & conditioner, hand soap and a little welcome pack in the fridge. The pool area was excellent with plenty room to spread out and the gas grill plate was well used, so much better than a barbeque (and easier to clean!!). its unusual to get such a large Villa within walking distance of all shops, bars and also the sea. Marie gave us some tips on places to eat and things to do, a truly wonderful host. We discovered Santiago De La Ribera in June when we were staying in Los Alcazares and having found this beautiful villa we will definitely stay here again. We have stayed in mant Villas and apartments all over Spain and this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in, thank you Marie for letting us have your fantastic Villa"

"The villa was in a neglected state, with mould, rusted furniture, unclean, furniture falling apart, general disrepair which has clearly built up over years. Attempting to hide the most awful stained furniture with throws, far from what was advertised. Communication with the host was unresponsive, and the key holder was hostile. We strongly advise future guests to reconsider, especially as the owner is holding us responsible for what is clearly years of neglect. "
