"Esta limpio, el personal amable, cómodo, buena ubicación pero si le hace falta mantenimiento, la habitación donde nos hospedamos estaba rota.. "

"The room was spacious and fairly clean, I loved the view to the central garden, it didn’t have microwave, fridge or iron which was needed. I had booked a room for 3 but didn’t realize that I accidentally booked a king suite, so I requested to be moved to a room with 2 beds, and they accommodated without any issues. Upon check out they helped us calling a taxi to the airport. I loved the fact that there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and attractions near by like the malecón and San Juan de Ulua. "

"El piso del baño muy resbaloso, no es un piso antiderrapante ,solicite un tapete y me llevaron una jerga para que no me resbalara, tomen en cuenta que van niños, abuelitos y es un piso muy peligroso para ellos. Ojalá tomen en cuenta eso y así evitar accidentes"

"When I got there one of the staff member did not let me go in the room due to power was out. I had to go find another hotel. They will not reply to my email and I still have not seen my refund."
