"Hotel El Manglar is amazing. Even though it was the cheapest place we stayed along the coast of the Nicoya Peninsula, the staff and the high standard of the hotel, made it one of the most boutique and chic. The staff was very attentive and friendly and gave lots of recommendations. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was nice with lots of areas outside to hang out. Our room although small was very comfortable, clean and stylish. This part of Playa Grande is a little off the beaten track...

"Perfect combination of privacy, convenience and service to make for a great beach vacation. The layout is perfect for couples, we had six couples, everyone had their own space and we all hung out at the pool, dining area and upper deck. Beach is amazing and 30 seconds away. Location hard to beat. Staff is exceptional and the host made it super easy to plan for a big group. All activities were planned well and stress free because of their help. "
