Any issues that occurred I was able to inform the host & it was handled promptly. "Our visit here was for 4 night 3 days. This property is amazing. Pictures do not do the landscaping & natural beauty of the grounds justice. The house is very nice, everything my wife & I needed. Comfortable bed & strong hot shower. We spent our time outdoors in the beauty of nature. No matter where you took a seat on the huge patio area, every where you looked was beauty. So calm, so relaxing. We used this home as a staging stop, so that we could go visit the Boruca Village. After our visit we stayed on the property for the next 2 days, just relaxing & taking in the sounds & sights of nature. Thanks so much for the use of your beautiful home."

"Lovely little riverfront casitas. It’s a bit removed from restaurants and bars but it gives you the option to prepare your own meals or the hosts provide some food offerings as well. Everything is in great condition and well thought out. Our stay here was great. It was so relaxing going to sleep with the sounds of the river. "

"Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Tranquilo. Ralph the host communicated often before and after booking, as well as throughout our stay. Nacho, the property manager, was top notch. He was available at the drop of a hat for anything, and I mean anything. We even didn’t get to the property until around 1:30 am and Nacho was at the property to make sure we could get in and situated. We had a couple minor maintenance items that we told Nacho about and they were very promptly taken care of. The property is amazing! If you want to feel like you are truly in the rainforest by yourself, but with all of the amenities, then we highly recommend this property! "

"Outstanding, and the perfect end to a travel and tour-filled vacation. Vayu is an idyllic retreat, nestled in the jungle, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. We were even visited by a pair of inquisitive toucans. The rooms are huge - clean and a bed with bedding more comfortable than home. Everything has been perfectly considered - design and integration of technology (most notably the lighting and sound systems). The pool is lovely for a dip to cool off, but beaches are close if you want the sea. 12 minutes drive is a cute set of cafe/restaurants, however the food on site is delicious. The set breakfast (changing daily) and dinner (and additional $60pp for set three-courses) were simple but excellently executed and tasty. The star of this place is Marc - he is Vayu. The amount of care and love he has put into their baby (sorry we didn't meet Rafael) projects into the care and attention he respectfully gives his guests throughout their stay. He is always on hand to assist, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him to help with. We would recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing few days. A perfect end to a fantastic holiday. "
