Hotel was in a great location right beside 5th ave and quick walk to the beach. Hotel staff were very friendly and always greeted you. Hotel room and building seemed clean and maintained. Rooftop pool and lounge area was great on rest days!

The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel
This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

This was an absolutely perfect place for me. My room was large, very clean, and well appointed. I was in room 15 and I loved being on a higher floor and the corner room, windows and lots of light.
