Started out nice did not end that way

I have already said all that needs to be said. Ironic that I booked through Vrbo but Vacasa is the managing company and not doing a great job of it. Ask Vacasa to share my comments. I was not enough not to post the photos of my inconvenience.

Location Near 5th Ave

The location near 5th was convenient for all that we wanted to do on our trip. There is a bar with live music/karaoke from 4-midnight daily that you hear very well in the apartment. The stay overall was fine. We requested maintenance for two of the three ceiling lights/fans that were inoperable (no remote) and a lamp needing a bulb. They were very responsive on text traffic, but no one ever showed to ensure that they were usable despite leaving the key for access. Communication ahead of our stay and information in the unit was great--we got in with no problem and had necessary information in the unit (wi-fi).

We had a great stay here at Kumaru. This location is around the corner from 5th Ave. But a 30 min walk to Portal Maya. We personally love walking so it was beautiful to walk 5th Ave all the way down. The apartment itself was very pleasant easy in and out access. Slight ocean view from the apartment.
