"Great hotel and breakfast. Location is ideal next to the beach but not too far from the golden mile. Close enough without hearing much of the noise. Breakfast selection was great and pianist entertainment during breakfast is also great. Pool & pool area well maintained. Not too busy, plenty of beds and pool snack bar also nice. All round great visit!"

"We very much enjoyed our time. The people were lovely and trying to be very obliging. The entertainment staff was lovely. They had some construction going on. And as a result, the buffet restaurant shut down and moved to another location. that location was quite a walk, and it was down a hill. I don't think people want to walk 10 minutes.to have breakfast, and I do believe that construction should have been limited to perhaps only in the evening, but not in the daytime when you have customers visitors staying there. That was very inconvenient. Other than that. We had a very joyous time and enjoyed that resort. This was our first visit to Tenerife .We are from Canada"

"The apartment we had was on the first floor which gave us an elevated view and the surroundings are beautiful. The national park is on one side with sea views and the pool, looking out over the coast, was on the other. Absolutely beautiful setting. The apartment was 3 bedrooms which worked out perfect for us. It was spacious with plenty of supplies. The area is quiet with a couple of restaurants nearby but not as many as we were expecting. We loved the pool area, it’s very quiet, which we loved. We had an issue with the air con but I will say that once we had raised the issue Menceyes Holidays went above and beyond to rectify the issue and help us and we found a happy medium, although it did still effect us on and off. I would consider staying again purely down to how responsive they were to this issue. The sofa cushions need cleaning in between, it was filthy and not our mess. The hoover and drying racks need updating. I was really impressed with how clean the washer and oven were but you could do with some larger glasses for drinking, we only found the pint glasses towards the end of the holiday. Some of the glasses are also chipped making them unusable. You also need more pegs for the washing line, I was lucky I had bought my own."

"Buenas ubicación, con piscina en la urbanización. La única pega que le pongo es el extra que hay que pagar a quien te entrega las llaves del apartamento si entras de noche (30 a partir de las 22h y 50 a partir de las 00), que hay que añadir al precio de la reserva ( lo cuál no te lo dicen en el momento de reservar). Por el resto bien. Quizás los colchones, ya piden un cambio. Dos habitaciones más una cama supletoria en el salón. Apartamento correcto."

"Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis keurig schoon toen we er in kwamen. De hele accommodatie paste heel goed bij onze wensen. Het bijna dagelijkse onderhoud aan het zwembad en de jacuzzi was prettig en vriendelijk uitgevoerd. Wij hebben wel gemerkt dat de accommodatie hier en daar nodig wat onderhoud verdient. Voor ons is het geen beletsel geweest. Het is een toplocatie."
