"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"Great hotel and breakfast. Location is ideal next to the beach but not too far from the golden mile. Close enough without hearing much of the noise. Breakfast selection was great and pianist entertainment during breakfast is also great. Pool & pool area well maintained. Not too busy, plenty of beds and pool snack bar also nice. All round great visit!"

"We very much enjoyed our time. The people were lovely and trying to be very obliging. The entertainment staff was lovely. They had some construction going on. And as a result, the buffet restaurant shut down and moved to another location. that location was quite a walk, and it was down a hill. I don't think people want to walk 10 minutes.to have breakfast, and I do believe that construction should have been limited to perhaps only in the evening, but not in the daytime when you have customers visitors staying there. That was very inconvenient. Other than that. We had a very joyous time and enjoyed that resort. This was our first visit to Tenerife .We are from Canada"

"We loved the apartment and location; Luis was a fantastic host who was incredibly responsive and helpful (even when he was on holiday himself). Check in was very smooth and the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is everything you could need at the apartment (including a hair dryer with a diffuser, for those of us with curly hair), plenty of towels, crockery, pots and pans etc. The location was perfect and the view from the balcony over to the sea was great, we really enjoyed watching the ferry come and go. The apartment is very quiet, and we slept really well throughout our two week stay. The pool area is great, with enough sunbeds to go round as people don't 'own' the sunbed with their towel and disappear for the day, meaning there is a rotation for the loungers all day. The grass around the pool is a welcome addition too, and the whole complex is well maintained. There is a water station where you can refill your water bottle - five litres for one euro - which saved both on plastic and lugging water from HiperDino supermarket (a five minute walk). For the price I don't think you can beat Luis's apartment in Los Cristianos and we would definitely return. Thank you for being such a wonderful host Luis."

"Buenas ubicación, con piscina en la urbanización. La única pega que le pongo es el extra que hay que pagar a quien te entrega las llaves del apartamento si entras de noche (30 a partir de las 22h y 50 a partir de las 00), que hay que añadir al precio de la reserva ( lo cuál no te lo dicen en el momento de reservar). Por el resto bien. Quizás los colchones, ya piden un cambio. Dos habitaciones más una cama supletoria en el salón. Apartamento correcto."
