"We arrived late due to flight delays. We’d already informed the property management that we would be late. Information was given regarding late key collection. Unfortunately the vital map showing us where the keys were was missed from the correspondence so it was a frustrating search before we located them. Otherwise, everything was very smooth, the property was excellent but we knew that as it was our second visit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Definitely recommend it as a base when visiting Tenerife."

"Another great stay at this apartment. All you need for a self catering holiday, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, and blackout curtains an excellent addition in the bedroom. Lovely big balcony overlooking the pool to enjoy the late evenings. Complex is superb, pool well maintained and heated for the winter months. Restaurant opposite complex is once again open, don quijote, which is excellent, as is the on site restaurant. Paid for sunbeds and parasols takes away some of the bustle for spaces but still the regulars out with towels reserving their spots around the pool."

"We stayed 10 days and for the 3 of us 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was excellent. Nice balcony to dine in. The complex was good and we always found space in the few occasions when we headed for the communal pool. The apartment however has a tired and dated look with areas in need of repair and/or refurbishing. It also desperately needs a thorough deep clean all over. Overall it was a good stay and we had all we needed."
