"Host responded to questions promptly and a key sent to us by post. Faulty hairdryer replacement prompt. Stairs to basement bedroom difficult for arthritic knees. Cleanliness of the basement bedroom was below what was expected. Noise around the pool was an issue but that would change depending on other residents. Bar was also noisy music from 10am to 10pm and singing, but again that’s probably changeable. "

"Great duplex apartment although the shower water in the main bathroom didn’t get particularly hot. It was no problem for both of us to use the en suite upstairs. Breakfast can be a bit busy so finding a free table can be a challenge but the food selection was good. "
