"My partner and I visited Ceiba for the first time and our hosts made us feel so welcomed! They were so attentive and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They were very responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect too! Beautiful views and we loved having coffee on the balcony. We grilled one night and cooked in the kitchen. The AC was great to have. Parking was easy! I would 100% recommend this stay. We will be back!! "

"Upon arrival we messaged the host and customer service. we waited one hour to have access to the keys. The entire room was dirty. There were two bags full of garbage in the kitchen. The bed was not made. The bedsheets sheets were soiled. In the bathroom the towels were soiled. The kitchen was missing the stove. Definitely an uncomfortable situation you don’t want to experience, eventually we have to go through all the proper channels/parties in order to get a refund back. "

"The “tiny” house comes with a kitchen and an amazing patio, but it’s the property and location that makes this a 5 star stay. You’re close to El Hippie which was awesome and not that far from the main entrance. If you have questions the hosts can and will answer them. Also, they grow a number of tropical plants and freely let you take them (we got a load of starfruit and a perfect guava-just don’t pick their pineapples!! They are still maturing.) It also comes with some spectacular views of the mountains. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful safe property. The property was everything I wanted and more. I stayed with a group of 6. There was something for everyone. Private beach access with the sounds of the ocean from our condo. Pool for the kiddos and a playground area. I would definitely stay again!! Management was easy to get ahold of and made our stay extra special. space and space and "
