"Our stay from August 10th to the 17th was absolutely flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base for our vacation in Puerto Rico. The host, Maria, is incredibly thoughtful and has anticipated every possible need a guest could have.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The house was stocked with ample bedding, a full tank of gas for the barbecue, and a wonderful array of beach supplies that made our trips to the shore effortless. The kitchen was fully equipped and ready for us to use, which was a fantastic convenience. The space itself is absolutely lovely, with charming rocking chairs on the front porch for morning coffee and comfortable patio chairs in the back for relaxing in the evening.The location is truly ideal. Being just a few steps from the beach was a dream, and the house is perfectly situated within driving distance of the El Yunque rainforest. This house was the perfect base for all our adventures. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and are already dreaming of our next visit!"

"This place worked out perfectly for our family. The kids really enjoyed night swims in the pool. Sargassum had reached the area so we weren’t able to swim at the beach, which is really close and walking distance, but it was still beautiful. We drove to Luquillo on beach days which was under an hour drive. We are so visited San Juan and El Yunque which was all under an hour as well. It’s located close to a Walmart and other conveniences. We were always able to reach the owner whenever we had any questions. The house was great! The upstairs living room area stayed a little warm, but we were not up there that much anyway. We had plenty of toiletries that were provided in the showers and there were plenty of bathroom and pool towels available. Would definitely recommend! We were a family of 9 ranging from ages 89 to 3 and felt like we had plenty of room."

"A beautiful property! Check-in was simple & easy. Our home-away-from-home was grand but comfortable, with more than enough room for our whole group. My favorite spaces were the upstairs couch, overlooking the upper deck & the upper deck itself, especially in the early morning - pic below. The kitchen was well-equipped (& the absence of a dishwasher meant that our kids were on dish-duty after meals - great)! Sadly during our stay, there was a tremendous amount of red algae wash up at the beach, typical for the time of year, according to one of our budding scientists. However, we enjoyed a nearly-private public beach east of Punta Santiago, just a 5 minute drive away. And the pool - gorgeous! Lots of time spent floating & enjoying the sunshine."

"We had a fabulous stay at this Villa ! The picture do not lie and in fact it was more beautiful than can be described:)! This was a Christmas gift to our adult kids and grand baby’s ,so very spacious and had everything we needed! Our host was so kind and thoughtful, when we arrived there was water and ice waiting for us ! Our ferry was late and the host had gotten everything up and going for us , made us feel so welcomed:)! We would definitely recommend!! As one of my grand baby's would say it’s a 10 out of 10!! "

"This was a great place for our family vacation to Puerto Rico. With both the upstairs and downstairs units, all nine of us were comfortable and had plenty of room. The pool was a great perk as well as the short walk to the beach and nature preserve. This is a great home base for those looking for something out of the bustle of the north and looking to relax."
