"I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed."

"We loved this hotel immediately. The ambiance of the place and especially the friendly and helpful staff. A small cosy boutique hotel tucked away high up in La Recreo with swimmingpool, jaccusi and splendid views. We loved it. Super Good!!"
