"The check in time is absolutely wonderful. If you want to get a feel for what it is to live in Chile, this is the place for you. Its humble and comfortable. Clean. Freddy (the owner) is awesome! "The apartment was nice and comfortable. It's on a dead end street. So, its a bit complicated getting picked up and dropped off. If you are driving, you're fine because there's a garage. Its not in walking distance to any food or grocery stores. So, if you stay here you will need a car or some type of transportation. The check in process was not great. "While the Expedia listing was inaccurate (there are no rooms with a king bed and two doubles/twins), the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel is close to a city elevator; just make sure to catch it before it closes, or you will be hiking up several flights of stairs. The lounge areas throughout the property, including the outdoor terraces, were wonderful for our group of six to relax. The included breakfast and the views from the restaurant were amazing!"

"This hotel location is the best, you can walk to almost everywhere. Needs some improvements on ampliancies like refrigerators or tv. It’s not coffee machine in the room and you will receive a water bottle as welcome, but after that you will need to pay for it. Service is very nice and goes beyond to help, we are grateful to Felipe who helps us all the time. Security is one of the most important value on this property and make us feel comfortable and safe. The common areas are very comfortable and we love the roof bar close to the warm pool with warming gas heaters and the palm trees decoration."
