"This resort was modern, clean, large room & shower and comfortable bed. ALL the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were excellent. The swimming pool was some with a huge fountain everyday at 12 noon. There were many activities and shows every night at the main stage. The only issue were mosquitos at night during these shows. The beach and shops were a short walk from the resort. Beautiful beach with warm clean sea. Many lounge chairs and thatched roof...

"Very good hotel for families with children under 10. Very good staff always helpful . They laid a nice table for my wife's birthday. We went all inclusive and the food was great, plenty of selection and they had fresh cooked to order food every day. Excellent pool and splash pool facilities which the children enjoyed a lot. Their is a beach very close by and it was a great beach. All in all great holiday destination."

"Great mid sized hotel. We had an all-inclusive stay and the food and drinks were nice and varied. It is however a relatively small hotel with limited number of guests which means that there is little variation. Although all staff was great (cleaning, food/drink, reception and all the others that we didn’t meet) Rosa, Christian and Iona (reception staff) were all superb and very helpful in all the strange questions and concerns we had. "Amazing location right on the beach which is beautiful. Food was better than expected. Our room was big enough in I block but needed updating. Also had a bad smell for a couple of days - drains or something. We were AI but it was frustrating that the pool bar wasn’t AI after 5pm so we had to walk quite a way to the other bar for drinks or pay extra. Recommend for the beach and kids pool/slide but needs a bit of TLC"

"The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. The amenities, including the kids spaces were fantastic. The buffet are delicious. The beach is so dreamy with white sand, turquoise warm water and shallow water, perfect for the kiddos. We loved our stay and will come back for sure!"

"Resort was perfect for kids, they had a blast! As a gluten free traveller, we travelled all the way from Canada to go to this resort due to its reviews/food safety. Hats off to Chef Miguel, who walked me around the buffet to show me exactly what was safe to eat. He did this without making me feel like I was interfering or bothering him from his busy schedule. His courteous manner made the service from great to excellent! He made my trip, he made me confident that what I was eating was safe, would tell me all of the food that was able to be made in the kitchen - personal pizzas, hot French fries, pasta. The family rooms were excellent/clean. The black out blinds were good (bring a sleep mask if you’re really sensitive). The room’s air conditioning wasn’t operating properly or at all when we first arrived. The first night was quite hot, they brought a fan. They fixed it but it never really reached super cool temps like in most hotels. They instructed me to leave the temp at 18 degrees but it was probably still in the 23-24 degree range. Some reviews have said the same thing about rooms not getting cool enough. There was sometimes a smell that seemed to emanate when the AC was on, not sulphur smell but something like that. It could have been just just our room. Pillows were oldly skinny, half the height of a regular pillow (could be more comfortable). Christina (guest services) helped as best she could. Overall, resort was great for its 4 star rating."

"Really good hotel – we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel grounds were a bit smaller compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, which limited the places where you could dine, walk, or relax. The hotel was clean and well maintained, although our balcony wasn’t cleaned even once during our stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, and always helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Great suite room with excellent friendly staff. Only down side was seaweed on beaches that come and go with current but at that end of the bay is reoccurring. You can swim quickly past it to beautiful wonderful waters and long sandy beach. The buffet is AMAZING. staff was so friendly and welcoming."
