"The room I chose and paid extra for was just as described. The balcony view of the Sagrada Família and the city was very nice. It was great to have the beach a short walk and that the hotel provided beach towels. It was nice to have a mall and two metro station so close. The breakfast was worth the extra charge I paid at booking, it was phenomenal. Was not impressed with both pools on site. The 3rd floor pool was small, but a decent size, my only complaint was that it was not kept clean throughout the day. When we got there at 630pm there was sand all in the bottom of the pool and I found someone’s false eyelashes on the side of the pool. We then went to the pool on the 23 floor the rooftop pool, the space was too small for a rooftop pool. Not enough space to layout and the pool was long but very narrow. The area for the towels was not as organized as the 3rd floor, so people were putting used towels on top of clean ones. This and the sewer smells coming from the bathroom, which is an ordinary thing for Barcelona were my only complaint and would stay here again."

"Overall, a great hotel. Very close to the beach. Had a nice sea view room, would recommend opting for that. Easy transport in and out of the city. The pool is lovely, but quite busy at times. The fitness room is great. Breakfast was very good, highly recommend adding this to your stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. there are few convenience stores nearby. The hotel is close to the beach and a short walk to a couple of very nice shopping malls. Expect about a 20 minute cab ride to most major tourists attractions, There is cab stand beside the hotel."

"Very good value and quiet. Regarding staff, only Carlos (Security) was very helpful but the rest of the staff seemed uninterested and did not bother to greet me when I went past, even when I said Hi. The pool was a great extra to have"

"Great size room for a family of 4 and very clean. Breakfast buffet was great to quickly get the day started. 10 minute walk to the beach but otherwise a 10-15 minute cab ride to most top locations but Ubers were very reasonable. If you are going to do half City attractions and then some outside exploration with a rental car this is a great location. Wish it had a pool with the summer heat, it’s affiliated with another hotel a few blocks away with rooftop pool access but not really worth the walk, it’s an oversized bathtub. If you want to rent a car you can grab one in the Hilton Diagonal Mar lobby. Overall a good, very clean hotel."
