"Clean, comfy and quiet (even though it was next to busy streets where big dump/trash trucks travel). Has a good size mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. The only negative is the bathroom lighting—there needs to be light over mirror and a makeup mirror for women!"

"Room mini fridge didnt work was leaking had to go to front desk and request a new one be placed in room after I was offered a new room which was dirty .. a lot of stains on chair looked like piss.. ice machine was broke on a hot 90 degree day …. Hallway had holes in ceiling like construction holes … lobby attendant knocked on my door and covered the peep hole .. which had me and my 2 daughters terrified when asked why he did that he stated for his safety.. ok yet I’m a women with 2 daughters staying with me ..never would stay here again the area was super sketchy with addicts dope fein leaning in hallway"

"We had a great experience at this property!! The host was amazing and absolutely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed for our stay. The place was very clean and the location was perfect because we were there for an event at the Raleigh convention center, and it was about a 15 minute drive to get there. There was just enough privacy at the location and it was a short drive to all the major stores and restaurants. We will definitely book here again. The next time we need to stay in Raleigh."

"When I first opened the door there was a dead roach near the welcome mat. We had arrived late afternoon after 8 hour drive. The rest of us arrived about 10 pm. We had an early day planned leaving at 7:30 the next am for graduation at 9:00. Four adults who needed showers. NO HOT WATER anywhere in house. Another dead roach in kitchen. I began calling and texting host a little after 6:00 am leaving multiple messages and trying to reach by phone but only getting answering machine with Message Voicemail full. Had to contact VRBO support who tried unsuccessfully to reach host. They reached host and left deadline for resolution between 10-12 am. We were involved with graduation activities most of day but finally received message that should be there between 11:30-1:30. Then another message that tech had to find parts to fix. Message from host that issue was fixed approx 3:30-4. Arrived at 5:30 to change clothes for grad party at 6 and hot water was on. We arrived back about 11:00p to leave at 9:30 next am for long drive back. The property needs some TLC with sheets that were too big for beds and hard beds hard pillows that were way too full/high for comfortable sleeping. The bug problem made us uncomfortable to prepare food in kitchen. Glad to be back home."

"We were in the Presidential Suite and did not get a King room as we signed up for. The bathroom was not in good shape. The paper holder was badly rusted from pee. The toilet seat was broken. The hot and cold water was backwards in the tub. The shower was difficult to turn on. The breakfast was a hot pocket. They had AC units and refrigerators sitting in the hall. They had my wife and myself (2 older people) upstairs without an elevator. I would not use the kitchen for anything I planned to eat or drink. The ice maker in the hall and TV worked well. "
