"Best experience I have had with any rental space so far. The house was everything I expected and as displayed in the pics. CLEAN, comfortable beds, new furniture. Loved the decor and amenities. Kaylaa is an exceptional host, very responsive and kept in touch from the start of the reservation to the end. I would book this house whenever I visit Raleigh!"

"I would stay in this unit again. We had a couple problems that were remedied quickly. This is an old place that’s been remodeled. The bedrooms are up about 6 stairs, the living area is in the lower level. It has what’s needed for most people. I will say, it’s not great for the elderly. Neither the shower nor bath have a grab bar and the surfaces are slippery. That would be a great upgrade. It is on a dirt road, and there’s quite a bit of washout along the sides of the road. It’s navigable with care. Could use some attention. That said - it’s QUIET. Loved that about the place. No street noise at all. There was a deer out back.It’s just a couple minutes to restaurants and the grocery - in town, but feels like the country. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was ok, but older.The rental company took a 300 deposit and we are a week out now and it’s not been returned yet. "
