"The hotel itself is decent and the receptionist was great. Went to our room and had to change due to a shirt being left in the closet and the room not clean at all. New room was much cleaner, but when we took our showers, we were in standing water the whole time. Which is not pleasant at all. Would not recommend this place. Definitely would be much better once it goes through some updates and cleaning"

"It's been about 6 years since last stay here, much has changed, looks to ran by different folks without much care for property maintenance or service. To start, room 113 had a door with worn hinges, dragged against upper door frame and deadbolt wouldn't lock due to sagging door. Shower curtain torn and uneven, drain plug removed and laying on tub, light fixture damaged. Parking lot in disrepair as well. Had room key problems making me go back to front desk, cleaning staff unableto understand Englishwhen i requestedtheir help. Desk staff not very concerned when reporting the inoperable door lock as I checked out. Noticed that hotel was low on guests as I pulled out earlier Sunday morning, but neighboring hotel was full. I've stayed here maybe 4 times before years ago, seems like new owners don't care about their property."

"Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again. "

"Everything great except parking which was $32 a day and valet only. At busy times they couldn't keep up. Big traffic jam in front of the hotel. 20 min wait to get the car. What a mess."

"This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Little Rock. I normally can give 5s for everything. Unfortunately a lighting outage caused a delay in checking in and WiFi troubles. Both things were out of any staff members hands but they handled it so well. Kudos to an amazing staff team!"

"The Breakfast was excellent changed the meat and omelet up a little each day. Hot gravy and biscuits with a waffle maker, muffins , oatmeal, juice milk, yogurt .. there was something for everyone …Parking was in a safe secure parking garage right behind the Motel gated and secure … "
