Room was very tidy and check in on the keypad was seamless! Loved that the owners left a list of recommended restaurants nearby - wish i could have tried them all! The bed was sooooo cozy and it was raining when i woke up - seriously was considering booking one more night on the spot.

pros: The room and bathroom were very clean And the inn is close to Simmons arena and many restaurants Check-in via key pad was fine. Cons: no water or morning coffee available for guests downstairs. There was single serve Keurig machine in the room and cold drinks in the room. Only staff we encountered were housekeeping. At times it was noisy. There was a private dinner downstairs and the noise really travelled. Wooden floors and stairs throughout. The private event made parking challenging. Lack of inn keeper's presence or any interaction w staff felt strange and impersonal. Odd experience all round.

Overall the room was nice. It would have been very helpful to know that I needed to carry my 49 lb luggage up and down a winey stair, there was no one to help with this. And there is no dedicated parking. However, the location was outstanding for walking to restaurants and local businesses.

This is a beautifully restored old mansion in a great neighborhood. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment venues within two blocks. There is no on site staff but everything we needed was readily available including a small complementary minibar. Room was comfortable and spotless.

We LOVED your cottage! Everything was perfect. Check in and communication was excellent. We loved our close parking spot for unloading (we are on a long road trip) and your bath towels and the sheets were heavenly! The bed was super comfy! Thank you for the snacks and drinks!
