"The location of the villa is everything, hearing and seeing the sea is beautiful. It’s walking distance to the beach with a gorgeous beach bar and cocktail bar. The kids (4&9) loved exploring. The villa has everything you could need and whilst a bit dated, it is in line with the price. We loved it that much that we stayed an extra night! Everything in the run up was well communicated. "What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. James the owner and his staff were friendly and so helpful. The centre of Looe is a 10 - 15 minute walk away downhill (bit of a tough climb back up). Limited parking on site, but I had no trouble. Surrounding roads are busy and narrow. Looe itself was such a warm, friendly beautiful place and everything I hoped it would be. Lots to see and do. Busy, but peaceful and chilled. People were so friendly. Will definately return!"
