"I thought the staff was super accomodating and my room was great. I would have liked to have had a bathtub but those seem increasingly rare these days. I tried to have dinner out for my last evening and the front desk staff said they would make a reservation. The resturant was full (it was just for one person) and rather than help me or suggest other alternatives the staff simply said, "Sorry, it is not possible."
