For the price and location would think it would better for a 4 star hotel. Lots of little things that just added up: - low pressure shower - tattered carpet edge - crooked tv - had to ask multiple times for room service - dusty lamps and dusty vents - asked for 2 glasses- got 2 water bottles - ate at the pricey restaurant below and were multiple family’s letting their kids run around freely. Felt like we were eating st a playground

Online makes it seem like a luxury hotel or way nicer than it is. The pool is TINY, the menu at the restaurant is so small and the free breakfast is pretty bad. Bagels were stale, no waffles

The room was clean. Although the pool wasn’t heated and a bit dirty. Breakfast was okay, not anything special I’d say for $300 a night I expected more. Expedia also says there is a $20 parking fee. They charge you at the front desk at check in this “fee” which includes parking and amenities which are just like cucumber lemon water and these very small smoothies glasses by the front door. The fee turned out to be $120. I think for the price staying here wasn’t worth it. Although staff was kind.
