Cozy guest house on 5 acres of gorgeous property. Located in a beautiful countryside, close to the American river activities, gorgeous hiking and sightseeing. The property offers 2 seasonal ponds, lots of wild life, beautiful natural landscape. You will have an access to the hot tub, bbq, laundry room. You can bring your four legged friends with you. You also have an access to the pond house (attached in the pictures). It`s a relaxing area with furniture, electric fireplace, pond and a piano.

Cozy little escape from the city

Very cute guesthouse located next door to the main house. it had everything we needed and we loved using the grill. Also loved that we were able to take both our dogs without paying an extra fee! Owners were very friendly and helpful, and the checkin/out process was a breeze.

Great Stay and Awesome Hosts

My husband and I stayed during Christmas week and the hosts were so hospitable! They have dogs and a turtle on the property which was the highlight for me. The amenities were great as well samsung tv and fridge. Perfect little get away!

Solo retreat

Clean and well managed property, comfortable, great amenities, beautiful setting, near lots of activities yet serene. Private but owner super responsive. Owner has a huge heart - sincerely cares about people, animals, nature. Perfect spot for my few days alone to recharge.

Spring has sprung!

Chris and Victoria are wonderful hosts. Arrival information was sent promptly (at least a day before arrival) and clear. It looked just like the photos, but was somehow even better. Very cozy, comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor seating. We hope to return.

Clean countryside guest house.

Nice guest house in the countryside. Very clean and well taken care of. Close to the river and a short drive to town for supplies. Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Perfect studio

This is a great spot. It had everything we needed, everything was extremely clean, Chris was available if we needed him but gave us our space. Kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was comfortable, parking was easy, just a smooth seamless experience.

Not only clean and comfortable, the host was the best in all my years using VRBO. Highly recommended for a quiet place in the hills. Much better that the Hyatt I stayed in the first half of my trip.

Comfortable and great location

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Chris was super friendly and we appreciated being able to bring our pets. The space was very clean and the a/c worked great during the heat wave. It was also close to drop off our son to kayak school.

The property was very nice. The host showed lots of hospitality towards me and my wife. The area was very beautiful with a beautiful pond the property was very spacious if you like to take walks and is extremely dog friendly. You can bring your dog and have lots of fun there with them. We definitely will be back in the summer time with the whole family.

Such an awesome stay

Chris is honestly the best host we’ve ever had & ever will. He’s such a cool guy & his property is lovely! Super clean place & nicely stocked, beautiful outdoors & everything was so easy. He let my son pet his tortoise Leo, it was such a great time. I wish we would’ve booked the whole weekend but we’ll be back soon. Can’t wait.

Wife and i had the best time. The hosts are really kind people, and they even had some furry friends(dogs) who greeted us, friendly. There's tons to do nearby.
