"The home was a nice place for our stay while visiting our son for his graduation from UC Davis. We also wanted to visit lake tahoe while here. The home was clean and located in a quite location. Has a nice view of the hills nearby and we saw deer, rabbits, quail , and plenty of turkeys every day."

"Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place. "I loved everything I have no complaints we enjoyed our stay, took a walk around the lake near by and enjoyed the game room and fire pit, also loved that there was indoor parking. There were even a family deer that visited the front yard one of the days. Would happily stay here again."

"This was an excellent getaway near historic Folsom. We stayed 5 nights. Even though it's part of a duplex, only the garages connect, so you never hear the neighbors. One of the living room windows looks out to one of the nicer historic homes. The location was perfect to branch out to surrounding areas.
