"Everything in the riad was top notch. Only had one issue with one of the staff member. Hassan was overly friendly and gained our trust. He then connected us with a taxi driver who scammed us. the rate was decided ahead of time but after the trip he was asking for triple the amount. He also took us to a shop that scammed us and overcharged us. When we returned to our riad, Hassan was no where to be found. He knew he did us dirty and hid from us. I feel like Hassan and the taxi driver works together to scam people by gaining trust. Be careful and don’t trust anyone there."

"Everything was top notch except bathroom in the room. The sink didn’t have enough room to hold toiletries. The shower didn’t drain the water and it would puddle. The shower also needs shelves or something to hold shampoos and soap because keeping it on the floor is unhygienic. Also, there’s drop down floor to enter the bathroom and it was annoying and hazardous. Someone can easily fall and break bones. Other than that everything from hotel to food and service was top notch."

"Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty. I booked the hammam/massage there and i really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The location was perfect, only 15 mins walk away from Jemaa El Fenaa. Overall i would book this riad again. "

"The room was spotless , the staff delightful and for what I paid great value. Would love to go again however as a sole female traveler do note this Riad is tucked away down some slightly quieter streets in the Medina. Everyone was lovely and lots of nice little touches such as complimentary tea and Moroccan pastries when you arrive. They also provided me with a lovely packed breakfast as I was leaving very early on my day of Departure"

"What a wonderful experience one that my mom and I will cherish. The Riad was very clean,comfortable and walking distance to practically every thing. Very safe even late at night, a little tricky at first, we got lost a few times but Ibrahim was so gracious always answered my calls and came to get us :) He is a gem! Thank you so much Ibrahim for your patience and kindness. Definitely would recommend staying at the Riad Azrur with no hesitation. "
