"The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort. "

"The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. In addition Abdullah was extremely kind and helpful in terms of advice on how to deal with safety and haggling prices in the nearby souks. The building has really beautiful art, and the Riad itself is a really nice place to relax, with many beautiful sitting rooms throughout the Riad. The dinner, although somewhat pricey, was really fantastic - again very attentive and kind staff. Some words on how accommodating the staff were: clear and easy communication with staff through the Expedia app. At both dinner and the complimentary breakfast, they put a lot of effort into ensuring there was gluten free dishes for my wife (Celiac’s). My parents needed somewhere to wait for their flight for ~5 hours, and there was no problem with bringing them with the driver, staying at the Riad until the afternoon and getting them a driver to the airport. I really felts my family was safe and taken care of - huge compliments to the staff for a wonderful atmosphere!"

"Lovely rooms - we had a double each. A lot of character. All the staff were lovely - helpful and attentive. Definitely do dinner on the terrace! And the sunset view is also worthwhile. Close to the main square once you have your bearings. Highly recommend."

"The Riad is a bit tough to find, but was an oasis of calm in the hectic city. Walking distance to everything in the Medina, but you’ll need to find a taxi to get to the airport/train station. Staff are very friendly and the Moroccan tea is delicious. We had full control of the air conditioning. Bathroom is a bit small and the shower water gets everywhere since it’s not really enclosed. Overall a lovely stay with interesting decor. The room also doesn’t lock from the outside when you leave for the day, but overall we felt our stuff was safe and didn’t have any issues "

"Beautiful property can be a little hard to find. The grounds were amazing and the rooms and pool were beautiful. We were a little disappointed because we had been traveling all day and the hotel restaurant while it had vegan options on the menu they didn’t have any meals so we had to go out. Other than that great service and a beautiful place to stay. I’d stay there if we went back to Marrakech "
