"The location is perfect! About a 15 - 20 minute walk to Souk (Popular Shopping Area) and the Big Square (More shopping, restaurants, local entertainment, banks etc). If you’ve never been to Marrakech before, particularly Raid, the properties do not have much signage and the buildings all look the same. We were able to identify the property when we got to the location on Google Maps by a unique wooden door. Which would be extremely difficult to find especially if you’re checking in at night. Which was the case for us so we had to ask a few locals to help us. However, once you get through those doors you’ll love it! The aesthetics are just like the images, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted us to navigate through the city, book tours, and get taxis. Would definitely recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others. We stayed in the family suite which was very spacious for our family. Breakfast was good. Staff were always super helpful. The riad was gorgeous and they have a pet turtle. The swimming pool was a little on the smaller size, great to chill in but not really swim in. Location was great for the main square and medina area, lots of souks in walking distance and you get a nice vibe from the medina; the alleyways and structures reminded me of Aladdin. The slight issue we found was you will need to walk 5-10 minutes to get dropped up and picked up for excursions and to/from airport; this is fine for adults but a bit harder with kids in 45C"

"I stayed at this place for 17 nights in the “jasmine” room in July 2026 . It was absolutely amazing with 2 wall Air conditioners kept me cool and comfy during the time I was there. Sokhna keeps the place clean and makes great breakfast. And there’s also Bouba the most friendly guy that welcomes you and helps you with anything you need. It’s located in a very touristy area and you’ll see tourists within minutes walking outside of your hotel. It’s about 13min to the square / Jemaa el-Fna جامع الفنا. I highly recommend this place."

"Staff is phenomenal - very courteous and professional. Breakfast was made to order - wholesome - tasty - fresh! They walk with you to the uber/taxi pickup and drop off place (2mins away), at all times of the day and night. (even though Marrakech is a safe place)."

"We loved staying here, the team were always wanting to help and upgraded us to a larger room which was awesome. We found it hard getting to the Riad for the first time with our bags as people tried to harass us and ask for money which is typical for Marrakesh, we wished we had asked the team to help us as they did when they left as this made it much easier."
