The town center is dilapidated and rundown, with many closed storefronts. I hope the town of Pittsfield can elevate its downtown area to match the vibe of this charming hotel. "

We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us.
