The space was very nice and very clean. No issues there. However, I reserved for three adults and there were no linens for the sofa bed. Thankfully, our daughter had blankets in her car. When we went to the registration area, no one was on site. (This property is accessed via codes that come in a text or email.). I'm not sure I would go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a very spacious and convenient layout, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The large kitchen was especially appreciated, with plenty of space for preparing meals. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The hotel’s location was also excellent, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and public transportation. Highly recommended!

Don’t stay here! Our room was not ready still at 5:15 for a 2pm check-in. The room was not very clean, the couch in a no pets room was covered with dog hair, the air conditioning was not on although it was 94 degrees outside and the only person who spoke English was not willing to resolve the fact that we were not getting the commodations that we requested.

We had a good stay here. The suite was clean. The building was quiet. Management was responsive. We did find it odd that there was no front desk, and everything was done by phone, but perhaps that's the modern way. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was excellent; more like a one bedroom condo. Newly remodeled and attractive, and we appreciated the full sized fridge, the glasses, dishes, and silverware, and hundreds of TV channels on the 2 TVs. The staff was helpful when we repeatedly had trouble using the keypad to our room door. Even though we entered the correct code, it stayed locked until staff came and showed us how to reset the stuck lock. Even then, we still had trouble. Room 108 gave us the lock problem. Also, there was no bath mat in the shower. My partner slipped and fell and bruised the right side of his body which would have been avoided if there was a rubber bath mat. It could been serious so we were lucky. Other than that, great room.

We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere. I requested a refund for our our stay due to the extenuating unresolvable circumstances and the fact that the room was uninhabitable. I have not heard back from the management and had to post a request to cancel through Expedia and my credit card company. In addition, the place was run down and dirty and not all like the room depicted in the pictures online. Even in working condition, the room would have been a ripoff at the $250 per night they were charging. Stay away! There are plenty of other options close by.

Beds were comfy and definitely a big space at a good price for a few people. Was concerned with cleanliness though as there were stains underneath the comforters. Curtains also need to be longer/ blacked out to totally block out the bright lights that glow all night right outside the window. In addition, the windows in the bedroom couldn’t open properly, only the top. And they couldn’t lock, so kind of a safety concern. Heat didn’t work the first night but worked the second day/ night. Toilet had a weak flush the first day but then was fine the second day. Door was tricky to unlock. Lastly, the TV in the living room was completely useless, and the one in the bedroom not much better.

Did not send check-in info via text, when I called they said they sent but never and resent, then gave me the wrong room. I booked double bed but got 1 king bed said double bed booking is not guaranteed and the rooms are sold out. However the worse part is the room is full of smoke smell so badly that seems to be a long term smoking room. We had to buy candles and fragrance spray from CVS but still don't help much.

Thank you for the kitchen facilities and big dining table. Microwave was big and strong. Thank you for the big towels. Parking was excellent for our timing. Central location is very handy. The heat was a curiosity. It can be set higher, then it drops down during the night. TV channel choosing is designed for a younger person.
