Hotel is very conveniently located and many sights are in walking distance. Our room was nice and spacious. It’s the staff that really make this place feel so comfortable, especially Holly on the front desk!! All the staff were super helpful and friendly though!

Room was very large and had a great view. Parking was super easy and it was walkable to PNC park. Breakfast better than expected. Only negative was a too firm mattress and hall noise in the morning.

The pool looked a lot bigger online. The included breakfast for a "Hilton" (I worked at one on Long Island New York) was probably the worst freeze dried eggs. Like eating out was like eating from a trough. Tables not cleaned up. The GYM! When you walked in with your key SMELLED all weekend like gross sweaty. Unusable. I mean it was the same entrance as the pool (Right gym - Left pool) and there was this odor when you walked in all weekend. The coffee was BAD. Friday and Saturday was acceptable bad... Sunday morning, it tasted neglected and burned. I had a suite, Friday eve the lights didn't work in the entrance. Finally husband found out you had to have the light switch on inside the room by the bed. The bathroom was literally no big deal. My bathroom at home was nicer. If you're going to rent a $500 dollar suite for 2 nights out the bathroom should match the nice room. It was an after thought. No window, not fancy at ALL. The staff was "ok" at best. Change of staff at night was not exactly pleasant. I felt like I didn't wanna bother asking any questions. The breakfast was my least favorite. Worst flavorless eggs, the bacon on Saturday morning was thin and awful. There was a waffle station you did yourself, I didn't bother. The blueberry muffins... Well when they were gone, they were gone. Loud tvs at breakfast. How about NO tv? The pool area, unsupervised and stuffy. The room was nice but again, bathroom and pool didn't match online photos. Quite misleading.
