I agree with most of the positive comments that have already been made But I think there are a few things worth noting that I did not see in comments already. 1. If you are planning to be in the house during the afternoon (for ex, if you have to work) in the summer, you might find it uncomfortably warm. "This property is located close to Contra Costa attractions. Shopping center with Safeway and CVS a few blocks away. The property is clean and comfortable. We would use it again!"

"This is a very nice large sunny clean house with tons of space, tons of sunlight, beautiful location and view. It had a fish pond, a chicken coop and a large redwood tree on property. Absolutely beautiful. The one challenge is a 200-300 hike uphill to the house. There is no Parking near the house and if you have anyone with difficulty walking uphill, don't stay there."

"It was a great experience. The owner was very friendly and helpful. However, there was a rooster that woke us up really early. The owner mentioned there were minimal pots and pans, but I only found one mug and a few spatulas for cooking, along with a coffee machine. I’m glad I brought my own pan. Overall, it was good for our trip."
