Very easy and responsive to messages. Laundry, grill, outdoor space also available. Parking can be somewhat limited so worst case scenario would be a nice walk if needed. Host was very accommodating for an early check in as well given my early flight. My only suggestion would be to make the entry gate on the side of...

"Great and quiet location. Easy access to public transportation. The place is clean, communication with manager is easy and prompt. I'd suggest a little more warmth to the home, such as rugs, mirrors, plants as well as more hangers and benches in the bedrooms so we can place clothes and miscellaneous stuff at an easy reach! Also, the description says there's a futon couch in the living room, but actually it is just a sectional couch with unremovable cushions, which isn't perfect for comfort....
