"All the staff were polite and helpful. Always with staff at the front door which gave a good sense of security, although the area is safe and I never felt in danger. The location was very good with everything you need nearby, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. The pool on the roof was very nice with towels provided, having a bar there really helped. Trouble is, it was too small with all the beds quickly occupied. But the beach is just across the road!"

"Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was so kind, and in a safe area for the holiday. During my stay, I got very sick and was unable to enjoy the rest of my trip to Rio. However, the staff at Windsor Copa took incredible care of me. Their room service was outstanding and they even had an on-call doctor that comes to the hotel. This alleviated all of my stress as someone who was visiting and was unsure how to get treatment in another country. Every single staff member was fantastic. So kind and attentive. I can’t say enough amazing things about this property and would definitely stay here again. "

"I love everything about this hotel -- from the courteous, knowledgeable, friendly staff, to the rooftop bar and their restaurants! I didn't have an ocean view but it didn't matter. I just went to the top swimming pool, and/or walked out the front door. I will stay here always!"

"Rooms are big and they keep the hotel very clean. Breakfast is always good and even one day my daughter got dizzy-sick they activated a protocol with first aid. Awesome and recommended. The rooftop is fantastic "
