PET FRIENDLY Shell Beach House - Min 30 Nights

The home features beamed ceilings in the entry way and cathedral ceiling in the family room. The spacious family room has a fireplace and access to large entertaining deck beautifully showcasing ocean views. Natural gas fire table with surrounding Adirondack chairs chairs on the front patio to take in big ocean views.

The kitchen has recently had new countertops, backsplash tile and appliances installed. It's easy to whip up tasty morsels in this remodeled kitchen. In the kitchen is a corner built-in nook with big ocean views. The breakfast nook is a welcoming cozy spot for morning coffee. There is also an additional dining for 6 guests.

The master bedroom features a remodeled large master ensuite bathroom with a lovely view of the back garden. The master suite has a king bed, abundance of clothes storage and SmartTV. The oversized second bedroom has 2 queen beds and SmartTV.

The second bathroom has recently been remodeled and is located off the hallway, near the laundry center. There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry center.

The home has three SmartTVs (living room and both bedrooms). The SmartTVs require the guest to have personal login accounts to access their favorite entertainment channels such as Netflix or Hulu.

Beautifully landscaped with walkways, natural gas fire table with surround seating and plenty of room to entertain. Wonderful opportunity to experience living on the central coast.

Disclosure:
There is a tenant who occupies the detached studio apartment. The tenant has a separate entrance behind the home and private backyard area. You most likely will never see the tenant, however, disclosing another tenant lives at the property site. Due to strict city ordinance minimum rental period is 30 nights.

No garage access for renter. The renter will have parking for 1 auto in the driveway. The back renter will also have 1 driveway parking space. Additional parking on the street.

The home has 3 SmartTVs and WiFi. There is no cable channel lineups. Guest will use their personal entertainment accounts (ie, Netflix, Hulu).

There is a non-refundable pet fee. Contact property manager about pet policy and fee.

I don't often leave reviews, but am making an exception for this rental. We have rented numerous times in this area, and this rental was by far the best value we have expereienced When staying in this area of Shell Beach, the locations and homes are quite similar. The differences in this property were the little things. The sheets and towels were high quality. The furniture was well built and comfortable. The cooking utensils were high quality and in great condition. The lighting and lamps were plentiful and well positioned. The closets were stocked with hangers. There were numerous coat racks for gear. The work area was modern with built in usb plugs. None of these things on it's own is significant, but in a package, it made for an extremely comfortable home for 30 days.
