"The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The staff is warm, welcoming, and provides excellent service throughout the stay. The gym, however, is quite small and is located on the first floor next to the reception area, which may not offer the most relaxing fitness environment. Additionally, while the resort advertises spa amenities, many of these are available only for an additional fee. Breakfast is also an extra charge (€20 per person). Given the room rates and the resort’s luxury status, I believe breakfast should be included as part of the stay."

"The hotel was massive and there are so many activities for all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. My family and I ate at Dedalos Main Restaurant but they had so many other options. I do suggest that if you want to eat at the à la carte dining restaurants to book at least a week or so in advance because they require reservations. Also, for the activities, book a day or so in advance. They do have transportation from the hotel to the star each where you can do water sports. It caters to all ages as well. One of the best family resorts I have been to in a while!"

"We are having a wonderful stay at Bella Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had a small issue with our original room, and the team listened to our concerns. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a much better sea view and even helped move all of our luggage, which we really appreciated as we are travelling with a baby and a toddler. The food has been very good, with plenty of choice at every meal, and the hotel is clean, well maintained and in a great location right by the beach. A big thank you to the reception and all the staff for their excellent customer service. They made us feel valued and helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend Bella Beach Hotel and would love to return in the future."
