Great hotel
Busy but quiet
Great choice of food at the buffet and 3 lovely restaurants
Probably could do more sunbeds around the pool areas
Staff were all very helpful
Very clean and accommodating resort, short of no amenities. Staff are extra attentive and make you feel extremely comfortable especially when travelling with kids.
Staff are amazing - arrived early and they did everything they possibly can to get the room ready well ahead of check in time which was great.
Daily buffet changes offering a huge variety of food even for the fussiest eater.
What a Gorgeous property! Food was mostly decent, drinks were very sugary and watered down. Japanese restaurant was amazing. Italian was our least favorite.
Our stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The location was perfect, and everything else met or even exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and we really enjoyed our time there.
As minor points for improvement, some of the food at the buffet was occasionally a bit cold, and the water pressure in the showers was somewhat weak. However, these were only small issues and did not significantly affect our overall experience.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Beautiful, charming, delicious, relaxing experience in this hotel, everything satisfying. Foods, staffs, spa and massage experience specially Katarina. We enjoyed every moments of our 1 week stay.
Really great hotel! The service from the staff was amazing! The room was great and the pool was a nice touch! The parking facilities was very convenient and the food was amazing!!
Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Very clean and modern. Food is excellent with a great range of choice every day and the drinks selection is great, including a good selection of wines within the all inclusive package.
We spent our time at the top pool which we found very relaxed and the lunch menu was brilliant (excellent gyros) but there are 4 pools which all offer something slightly different and we were very relieved to see that sunbed hogging wasn’t an issue at this hotel with sunbeds available well into the day.
The Aperol bar, daytime crepe stand and the beanbags on the shore for sunset were all great touches. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel to remain at for your stay this is perfect.
Some things to note: We visited Taverna Amelia in the nearby town which was lovely (we highly recommend) but there are limited options for food if you did want to venture out of the hotel unless you hire a car, although there are some great little supermarkets. And the fitness facilities aren’t great if that’s important to you.
We stayed in a basic room which was great for us, the waterfall shower was lovely and the room was cleaned daily. The rooms with private pools looked excellent for young families or for some extra privacy.
Overall we would highly recommend. We read some negative reviews which worried us ahead of staying but a lot of the negative comments are completely untrue!
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience.
Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms and hotel grounds were spotless and very well maintained. The complex itself is huge, with plenty of space and beautiful sunset views in the evenings. There are three main pools plus additional private pools for selected rooms, which is a great touch.
The food overall was excellent. The buffet had a really good selection and the à la carte restaurants were mostly fantastic. The Greek restaurant was excellent and the Asian restaurant was exceptional — easily the highlight of the dining experience.
Unfortunately, the Italian à la carte restaurant was a big disappointment. The food was genuinely poor and tasted like frozen food that had simply been reheated, which felt out of place compared to the quality elsewhere.
There were also a couple of service issues. One day housekeeping completely missed our room, so I called reception twice to request fresh towels and for the bed to be made. They did eventually make the bed, but then forgot the towels. Not a huge issue, but something that shouldn’t really happen at this level of hotel.
The room amenities were also a little underwhelming. There’s no minibar as such
Pool was really cold.
Staff were amazing.
Rooms were spacious and very clean
Only negative was the hotel management consistently shouting at staff in front of guests.
Excellent location in a small village with great onsite facilities and very friendly staff (Mary in main buffet, Javed at the Nutelleria, Tatiana , Kara and Evans at the bar). Nice (pre-bookable) dining options on site (on top of an excellent quality buffet ) with moderate booking wait (we were only 3 nights so poss better if longer stay). We had food coma with so many food and great Live music at Roasta bar each evening was good way to end the evenings.
Views from our swim up private pool were amazing, sunset views from all across the property were stunning. Sunbed availability was limited like in any other sought after resort but loads of options and we weren’t bothered due to sunbed in the room pool.
We had a fantastic give night stay, the only complaint we had is that we paid for a late check out room but they yake your all inclusive wrist band off you at 11am

I had an unfortunate mishap while booking. While every single reservation i made through Expedia was marked and billed at 3 travelers, somehow this booking defaulted to 2 and I did not catch the error until night of check in. Why would i when i had input 3. While this is not the fault of the property, they were not willing to help ease this unexpected additional $225 ( for a 2 night stay) even though room could accommodate 3 people.
I DO fault the property for interrupting my dinner with my family while they were in the know of issue and it was in process of being fixed. I also received not 1 but 3 messages during my very short stay continuing interrupting my family vacation time i never get to have. The 2 messages were referencing needing the additional payment (after i already dropped aporoximate 900 for 2 nights!) They did receive the first of 2 additional payments at this point totaling about $1025. Interrupting the short stay for additional $125 causing great embarassmemt to me with my 2 sons as they didn't understand details and assumed mom was in financial issues which made them feel guilty for coming to this "luxury resort" we chose to splurge on for first time in their lives (20 years!) They felt bad which made me feel bad. I already was stressing at this surprose cost, so adding emotional strsin only made it worse. The 3rd message was because i refused housekeeping services. I did not see need for only staying a 2nd day. I was directed to go to front desk for that!
We had a great stay! The buffet was delicious, but I do wish there was more fresh seafood. The à la carte restaurants were disappointing. The staff was lovely. Housekeeping incredible — daily cleaning around your schedule. Overall excellent and would recommend!

Hadde også to nydelige behandlinger i spaet.
