Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to this property twice with our dogs. It is a perfect location to walk down to get coffee and get in a beach walk with your dog during dog-friendly hours. Then you can walk right back with beach chairs and spend time with your family. The home is spacious and clean and there is a grill on the deck. There is no AC but you can crack the windows for some fresh air. Great spot for a fun trip to Avila."

My only notes are that the cabin i stayed in is a bit rundown - the mattress could be replaced, the bedside light had no outlet, so was just ornamental, and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. Definitely meant for a big group (10), and provides for everything one can need or want.Jasi is an excellent host - super responsive, detailed and kind. She made our stay even better than we could have imagined.Definitely recommend this property 1000% if you are looking to stay in SLO, and we will be coming back soon the next time our family plans a get together."
