"Our stay was amazing! Booked 2 rooms for our family vacation and both rooms were very clean and well kept. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided as well as bar soap and bar face wash. All rooms have small balconies and the fridge has a few drinks upon arrival. The property itself is beautiful and has a modern/retro vibe. Parking is convenient and there is a shuttle that is for hotel guests that takes guests to universal studios and other locations. The employees were also all so helpful and make you feel welcomed! Highly recommend this hotel if you ask me."

"The continental breakfast was cold and not much options. Coffee was bad, we were probably better off getting startbucks to go. The sitting area was also not nice and there was construction so people in line to check in where in the way to the elevators. The hotel is getting a bit dated and it's still expensive. Parking has gone up too. Overall okay for proximity."

"This is a prime example of how looks can be deceiving. When we first pulled up, it seemed like it was questionable…. Graffiti on the outside of the hotel and since we were unfamiliar with the area, we just weren’t sure what to expect. However, once we got into our room- we absolutely loved it. We chose the multi bed option, a king bed and bunk beds for our teens that we were traveling with. The bunks were in a separate room which was nice. The hotel room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The location was good- we were very close to universal studios. We opted to Uber to Hollywood just because we weren’t sure of the parking situation. Overall- we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"This is a mixed review. We stayed 3 nights. The pictures on the website are not completely accurate.The property is split into to sides. It looks like it was two separate properties converted to 1 hotel. One side of the property is a single motel style property, which is where we stayed. The other has around 8 bungalow style rooms. Below is a breakdown of the good and bad. The good - friendly staff Comfortable beds Locked gate at night Convient location Good rates Free parking The bad - Dirty floors Tight parking No breakfast as shown in description. Limited office staff if you need towels Etc. No office access unless you walk around the gate to the the other side of the property. One night I ordered a pizza after a long day. Because there are 2 matching room numbers it was delivered to the wrong one. I had to walk out on the street after dark and try and hunt down my food. The front desk somewhat begrudgingly let me walk through the office to the other side of the property. Overall this place is of good value, but don't expect a room as advertised f you reserve from Expedia. Chances are you will get a room at the property next door. Those rooms are not as nice in my opinion. This place is older and a bit run down but not bad for what you pay which was around $110 on weekdays and 188 on Friday. If you are looking for a very basic room for the night this place is of great value however, I would not stay again unless I was on the other side of the property."
