"We came for a wedding and opted for this property over the proposed hotel stay at wedding rate. Great decision! The beds were super comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were so nice and stocked with all you need. The outside deck in the mornings where we listened to birds and had coffe was great. The owner is an excellent communicator... "We were there for our daughter's graduation from App State. It was a great place for family members to gather to celebrate that event. There were no major issues with the property. We knew there was work going on in the basement and that was not a bother. We would have liked to have had more mirrors. With 6 people staying and only mirrors in the bathrooms, it was difficult to get timing right. A full-length mirror in each of the bedrooms would have been nice. There was damage to the drywall...
