- Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to view The Writing Cabin. We are delighted to offer you the most charming and comfortable cabin in Pinetop, Arizona.
Our cabin is nestled in the prestigious country club area and provides a wide range of outdoor activities for your enjoyment. Whether you prefer hiking, shopping, golfing, or gambling, all these options are conveniently located nearby.
Inside the cabin, you will find a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Step outside and you will discover a clean barbecue grill, perfect for preparing your favorite meals while enjoying the fresh air. You can also relax near an outdoor firepit at night and take in the beautiful stars above.
Each bedroom is equipped with a television and comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms offer shower amenities for your convenience.
We welcome one small pet, under 30lbs, but please note that inquiries will be considered on a case-by-case basis. There is a pet cleaning fee to cover deep cleaning requirements with additional payment for pet two, if accepted. For any unauthorized pet brought along there will be an exceptional charge. We greatly appreciate responsible pet owners.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash is picked up on Monday afternoons. Service takes can to road on Sunday and returns Monday to outside shed.
Set AC or heat to Echo mode, check drawers for clothes, sign out of your apps.
Load used towels and robes and set washing machine to remote start.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quite hrs 10pm to 7am. If a pet is visiting please use couch cover under tv.
Towels only in washing machine, press remote start. Run dishwasher upon leaving. Take out trash and All food. No food in rooms. No wipes in toilet.
Close windows and turn off lights when leaving. Return thermostate to Echo mode.
